After a victorious return to MMA in a fight against Reina Miura at Japan’s Rizin FF 12 promotion in early August, former Invicta FC matchmaker Kaitlin Rose Young,(8-9-1)  will return back to Invicta FC 32 as a fighter with a mission! She will enter the Invicta FC  cage not only to face Zarah Fairn, but to assist in developing a strong women’s featherweight division with a mindset to dominate it.

Young took a four year leave of MMA to go back to her roots. She spent time in Thailand training in and competing in Muay Thai Boxing. Young felt that fighting internationally helped her face fears that fighters often have with performance and interestingly felt that letting go of her need to control things attributes to much of her success. Young also discusses what she calls “hard prioritizing” her goals as a means to achieving them.
